Victorinox Travel Gear – Authorized Repair Form Instructions

Under the Lifetime Warranty, Victorinox will repair or replace the product at its discretion. In cases where specific parts for your model are no longer available, comparable parts will be used. If the product cannot be repaired, Victorinox reserves the right to replace it with an identical or equivalent model. Upon such replacement, the original remaining warranty period will continue to be in effect for the replacement product.

If the repair of the product is not covered by the Victorinox Lifetime Warranty, Victorinox or the Victorinox Service Center will contact you with an estimate of costs for the repair and return shipping.

Getting the service you need on your travel gear item is easy! Simply follow the instructions below for your preferred method:

Ship a Repair
  1. Locate a Service Center

    Use our Service Center Finder to locate the closest service center to you: Travel Gear Service Center Finder

    Please Note: If there are no service centers within driving distance you will need to ship your bag to your preferred location.

  2. Complete the Repair Form: Fill out the required Travel Gear Repair Form via the link provided below and print it.

  3. Documentation: Place the completed repair form in the main compartment of your Victorinox travel gear item.
  4. Secure Your Shipment: Pack your bag securely in a box.
  5. Ship Your Parcel: Take the parcel to a carrier of your choice and ship it to the selected Service Center.

    Please Note: Victorinox nor the Service Center Partner are responsible for items lost in transit to or from the Service Center before and after the necessary repairs have been made.

Walk-In / Drop-Off Repairs
  1. Locate a Service Center

    Please Note: If a repair center is within driving distance you can drop off your bag at your preferred location.

  2. Complete the Repair Form: Fill out the required Travel Gear Repair Form via the link provided below and print it.

  3. Documentation: Place the completed repair form in the main compartment of your Victorinox travel gear item.
  4. Check Operating Hours: Ensure you drop off your items during the Service Center’s operating hours.
  5. Ship Your Parcel: Take the parcel to a carrier of your choice and ship it to the selected Service Center.

Repair Timeline: All repairs done at a Victorinox Service Center are performed to restore the bag to a functioning capability. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for repairs to be completed. If additional communication is necessary, the Service Center or a Victorinox customer service representative will contact you using the information provided on the repair form
